My Story


These are my five children. Since birth, they were raised on only organic, non-GMO, natural foods and were treated with alternative medicine. While other kids had cheez-its and fruit roll-ups for school snacks, my kids ate seaweed crackers and carrots. They never got sick and always performed with optimal energy in class, sports and other extracurricular activities. Now grown up as college athletes, business owners and Officers of the US Army, I can proudly say they still maintain a healthy lifestyle and many of the habits I instilled in them. They are healthy and thriving and ruling the world.

As for me, I grew up with parents who were business owners and didn't have much time to cook. Meals at our house consisted of Sloppy Joe's and take out. As a young teen, I lacked energy and focus and wasn't very healthy. As I got older and went away to college, I hit a point where I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. That's when I changed my lifestyle and adjusted my habits. I began studying alternative medicine and natural foods and worked leafy green vegetables, whole grains and various supplements in to my diet. I cut out all processed foods, sugars and other foods that were making me sick and lethargic.

Through the years, I've tried many different health products and regimens. I've been using mineral packets in my water the past few years and have experienced better hydration, energy and weight loss because of it. Being healthy isn't only about food and supplements, but it includes drinking mineral rich, alkaline water as well. I'm hear to share my experiences and ways you can use mineral rich water in combination with other natural products to optimize your health.
